If you were a fly on the wall in my sessions, you’d notice that laughter shows up a lot—it’s not just for fun, it’s one of the best ways to shift the energy and reset the vibe. Around here, we also do the deeper work: helping you learn how to become your own best friend.

My Style as a therapist:
Client Centered: Therapy with me is tailored to you. I take time to learn who you are, what you value, what you want your life to look like, and what has and hasn't helped so far.
Collaborative: Hear about a concept or approach that you think could help? I'm not an expert in everything, but I'll be game to find ways to weave it into our sessions.
Creative: I pull from various evidenced-based methodologies of psychotherapy, giving you access to a broad array of perspectives, tools, and skills that can help you reach your therapy goals.
Culturally Responsive: As a proud member of the queer community, I bring both personal and professional experience to my work with LGBTQIA+ folx. It is my goal to create a safe, affirming, inclusive, and empowering environment for you to lead your own mental wellness journey.
I get it – I'm not a flawless professional with a handbook.
I'm a human who understands, and my goal is to guide you to where you want to be.
Reading this may cause excitement and motivation - see you on the flip side!

How does learning how to be kinder to yourself sound?
I work to teach clients how to be kinder to themselves, while always striving to listen to what they say and help them find their voice.
