EMDR Consultation for the Moments Training Couldn't Prepare You For
Support for Therapists Growing Their EMDR Practice
EMDR consultation offers a space for reflection, collaboration, and professional growth.
You Know EMDR. Now Let’s Talk About What Happens in the Room.
Ever leave an EMDR session thinking, “Okay… what do I do with that?”
You’re not supposed to have every answer just because you completed EMDR training.
Consultation is a space to bring the cases that feel messy, the processing that gets stuck, the questions you’re second-guessing, and even the moments when you're wondering whether you're “doing EMDR right.”
We'll think through your cases together, explore what might be happening beneath the surface, and help you develop an EMDR practice that feels both clinically grounded and authentically yours.
With my specialization in generational trauma, I particularly enjoy exploring the ways attachment wounds, family-of-origin patterns, inherited beliefs, and generational experiences show up in EMDR work.
Whether at the beginning of the EMDR journey or looking to further refine existing skills, consultation can help foster greater confidence, clarity, and connection in the work.
A Collaborative Experience
The consultation process is designed to be supportive, encouraging, and grounded in curiosity. Clinicians are invited to bring questions, successes, challenges, and uncertainty into a space that values learning, growth, and connection.
There is no expectation to have all the answers. Consultation creates room to explore the work together while developing confidence in one's own clinical voice and approach.
