Glow-up journey, starting in 3-2-1!

Showing up for an intensive week of EMDR can help you feel better faster. Becoming unstuck and choosing yourself is one of the bravest choices you can make.

How is an EMDR intensive different from weekly therapy?

Weekly therapy spreads processing out over time. Intensives allow deeper, uninterrupted truma processing in a contained, supported format. This can reduce overall treatment length and build momentum.

What issues can EMDR intensives help with?

EMDR intensives are effective for trauma, anxiety, childhood emotional neglect, relationship patterns, money trauma, chronic overwhelm, and persistent triggers that have not shifted with insight alone.

Let us guide you through unpacking your trauma, reclaiming control over your life, and experiencing real relief.

In trauma therapy, our focus includes:

  • Addressing any impactful or distressing experience.

  • Exploring childhood experiences that linger.

  • Identifying and working through the yuck!

What is EMDR Therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy where you re-feel through hard experiences, painful memories, and traumas of any kind (past or present). As you do this, you will listen to tones that go back and forth in each ear, tap on your shoulders back and forth, or watch an object move left and right so your eyes are moving back and forth

With any of these types of bilateral stimulation to your senses (hearing, sight, or touch) while you re-feel through those hard memories - you will heal.

Correctly, and deeply.

For what can feel like the first time ever. This method gets to the root of what holds you back, and keeps you feeling heavy, stuck, and not your best self

This method is safe, profoundly effective, and can be done in-person or virtually. Set up a consult and we can chat more about it!

Your era as a confident powerhouse awaits.
